This coaching package includes 1, 50-minute initial session via voice or video call to discuss your health history, your personal goals, and actionable steps to take. Additional unlimited coaching via texting throughout the month to answer questions and keep you on track. Texting available 24 hr/day. I will respond to your texts during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
