Ongoing weekly (4) health coaching sessions via voice/video or unlimited monthly texting to keep your momentum going and crush your health goals. I will respond to texting during normal business hours, M-F 8am-6pm.

Come prepared with questions, concerns, goals, updated medication list and blood work results.
