This contributes to insulin resistance, high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, overweight and obesity, diabetes and autoimmune diseases. By eating a nutritious, whole food diet prioritizing animal protein and healthy fats, it is possible to decrease inflammation, reverse insulin resistance, lose weight and reach your health goals.
